1 cup steel-cut oats
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dried figs (I don't use these)
4 cups water
1/2 cup half and half
In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients and set to Low. Cover and let cook for 8 to 9 hours Stir an remove to serving bowls. Start it before you go to bed and it will be finished by morning!
