My Sister-In-Law's Shrimp Mozambique

I found this recipe while we were packing this weekend and had to leave it here so I don't lose it!!


1/2 stick butter

2 Tbsp olive oil

3 cloves of garlic

Tabasco sauce

1 cup cooking wine/beer

1 packet Goya sazon



1. Melt butter and olive oil in sauce pan. Add garlic and saute.  Add the wine/beer and goya packet.

2.  Add shrimp and cook 3 minutes on each side.

Serves 2.
